Peppermint oil is one of our favorite oils as its diversity of use makes it invaluable in our personal medicine chest. Its menthol content has the ability to cool the body and open the sinuses for clear breathing. It has been used to lower fevers, soothe an upset stomach, create mental clarity and reduce muscular inflammation. Some studies have demonstrated it to stimulate and rejuvenate our sense of smell.
Peppermint is featured in our Muscle Mend, Focus, Breathe Deep and Chest Rub blends.
Blends well with essential oils of rosemary, lavender, clove, geranium, helichrysum and birch.
